You want to turn constraints into opportunity, shape complexity into a clear direction, and above all, get things done.
Together, we’ll make it happen.
I’m the co-founder of Board.Dev, a transformational social venture pioneering the concept of tech governance in the social sector. We’re channeling the resources of some of the world’s most innovative companies to make technology planning, resourcing, and opportunity accessible to nonprofits, accelerating their progress toward their missions.
My background spans sectors and leadership roles, and I’m a listener, a translator, a progress junkie, and a practitioner at heart. I started my career writing product and training content for software companies, then joined the Taproot Foundation to help every professional use their genius for the issues that matter to them. Taproot has leveraged pro bono engagements to deliver millions of dollars in critical services to nonprofits and social enterprises worldwide across the country. I was the architect of our global service lines, working on cross-sector partnerships and coalition-building, building the professional services infrastructure to manage hundreds of consulting projects each year, and launching Taproot+, the world’s largest online marketplace for skills-based volunteering.
After Taproot, I served as COO of God’s Love We Deliver, an $20M nutrition and food access nonprofit that serves more than 10,000 low-income individuals living with serious illness each year. I managed more than $4M a year in contracts with healthcare providers; supported a team of 90 operations professionals across functions like customer service, delivery, IT, and nutrition; and developed innovative program and partnership models to bring the best of nutrition support and healthy meal services to people across New York City, Westchester, and Long Island.
I left God’s Love to pursue more high-impact projects with a wider range of organizations achieving missions that really matter. My clients have included some of the world’s most innovative social change teams from companies such as Google, Okta, Splunk, Team4Tech, and Cruise, as well as individual philanthropists.
