Program launch | I helped a national professional services firm launch the brand presence, online training and toolkit, and community for their flagship board placement program. The program helps the organization be more effective with their existing model, but is also designed flexibly enough to be a solid standalone product as the company grows.

Service redesign |I built out the shipping carrier model for a major food access organization, enabling them to expand their reach beyond the NY metro area, improve service to more than 4,000 clients a week, and alleviate key packaging and storage constraints—winning a business-building NYS Department of Health innovation award in the process.
